To place an order, prepay 10% of the order amount - this amount must be paid in advance.
The remaining 90% must be paid before the goods are shipped. The payment is deducted from your balance.
You can replenish your balance by clicking the "Fill up the balance" button on the "Balance" page.
Once the goods have been shipped, we issue a digital commercial and/or tax invoice compliant with UAE laws.
If you return the goods, the funds will be refunded to your balance. Withdrawals can be made using the same method you used to deposit.
