In which cases is a claim not considered?

A claim will not be considered in the following cases:

  • Individual characteristics of the product;

  • Manufacturing defects that do not affect proper use;

  • Minor removable imperfections (scratches, dirt, damaged packaging) that do not affect quality or integrity;

  • Damage to factory packaging that is not part of the product and does not affect functionality;

  • Missing or damaged stickers, labels, or logos that do not contain unique identification data for authenticity verification.
