EMEX offers two delivery options for customers in the UAE:
Local Market Delivery
Select the "UAE Local Market" delivery option.
Provide the full address and contact number in UAE.
Confirm agreement to the terms and conditions from the "Notice for UAE Local Market Customers".
Delivery charges are applicable, please refer to the "Shipping and Collection Fees" section for details.
Free Zone Delivery
Select the delivery point "Dubai FZ" and the shipping method "Free Zone Delivery".
Provide the address and contact number in the UAE free zone.
By customs declaration:
For JAFZA, EMEX will process the declaration for an additional fee.
For DWC, the customer is responsible for timely clearance on their own.
There are also charges for delivery to the free zone, please refer to the "Shipping & Collection Service Fees" section for details.
