How to build an order on Excel?

In the search form, click on the "By Excel file" tab.

  1. Click "Download Template" and save the XLS file to your computer.

  2. Open the file in Excel, fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk). You can view the filling instructions on the website by clicking "Show File Format".

  3. Note the special fields:

    • "Agree to exceed (AGREE)" - agree to any price if the part is not available at the specified price.

    • "Possible Overrun (MAX_AGREE RATE)" - maximum price increase rate (from 1 to 1.5, default 1.1).

    • "Agree to wait (WAIT)" - agree to wait for the item for the price list term + 30 days (marked with double brackets ))).

    • "Additional packaging" - wood trim for $22, upon request and additional charge.

  4. Save the completed file.

  5. In the search form, click "Upload list of spare parts" and upload the file to the site. The system will display a list of parts found with prices, availability and timelines.

  6. For convenience, sort the results by column by clicking on the headings.

  7. To save your results, click "Export" above the table.
