A claim must be submitted on the website within 2 days from the moment the shipment is handed over by the carrier.
How to submit a claim:
In your order history, click the “Ask a question” icon (a question mark in a circle) next to the order line;
Select the topic of the request;
Describe the reason for your claim.
Submission deadlines depending on the delivery method:
For air delivery – within 30 days from the date of shipment;
For sea or ground delivery – within 60 days from the date of shipment.
The claim is accepted for review only after it is submitted on the website with all required attachments.
Failure to receive the goods on time due to delays in delivery, actions of third parties, or other circumstances is not a valid reason for extending the claim submission deadlines.
