What documents and materials must the buyer provide for a claim?

The buyer must assist in resolving the issue free of charge and provide all necessary documents and data required for analysis and defect elimination.

Mandatory attachments for remote claim review:

  • Photo of the EMEX sticker;

  • Photo of the manufacturer’s sticker;

  • Photos of any additional labels or markings (if available);

  • Photos of the packaging;

  • Photo of the general view of the received part;

  • Photo of the marking on the part (if available).

Additional attachments for damage claims:

  • Photos of the damage;

  • Photo of the part showing the damaged area;

  • Photos of the packaging (all sides) and visible damage on it.

Additional attachments for suspected counterfeit:

  • Comparative photos with the original product;

  • Link or screenshots from kontrafakta.net showing counterfeit indicators;

  • Official manufacturer release listing counterfeit signs.

Additional attachments for factory defect claims:

  • Photos of identification data on the part (if available);

  • Photos or video showing the defect;

  • Copy of the work order issued by an accredited service center with seal, signature, and payment receipt;

  • Copy of the defect report (with description and diagnostic results);

  • Completed warranty card (if available);

  • Copy of the replacement procedure/regulation (if available).
